Drop and drag is copying values instead of formulas

Why would this happen?

Have you filtered your data?

No. I highlight a number of cells, and then attempt to drag the formulas
down. The odd part is, the formulas (v-lookups) will drag down correctly,
but the values of the highlighted cells are what appears.

If you have, show all of it before dragging.

calculation mode?
