Default Calculations using a start and end date:

I'm wanting to create a spreadsheet based on hours available and copy to the
start and end dates on a 4-month calendar by week. Can this be done, and if
so, which function do I use?

My Example by Week: Available/ Available
Name: Start Date: End Date: Overbooked: Hours:
Lisa D. 2-Oct 13-Nov 1/4 .25

Within the same spreadsheet I'd like to spread the .25 hours available on a
4 month calendar by week:

2-Oct 9-Oct 16-Oct 23-Oct 30-Oct 6-Nov 13-Nov and
so on...
..25 .25 .25 .25 .25 .25 .25

Here is my column layout:
C-A: Name
C-B: State Date
C-C: End Date
C-D: Available Staff (.25/.33/.50/.75/1.00)
C-E: Available Hours (Staff x 40)
C-F thru C-W: Hours Available/Overbooked Per Week

Thank you in advance for your help!!
LisaD.
