Default time sheet determination of what day and time rate

..I want to set up a time sheet that uses straight time rate between 8am and
5pm on Monday thru Friday. Time and one half after 5pm on Monday thru Friday
and all day Satruday. double time on Sunday. Then it adds all the hours up
and multiplies the result by a dollar cost. The worker would just put in the
date and hours worked. He would put in two entries each day One before lunch
and one after lunch (if he worked long enough to have a lunch).
