Default pivot table question

when I updated pivot table with new data, drop down menu in the fileds are
not sorted in order. I refreshed the pivot table but didn't work.List of
fields in drop down are in order when I created a pivot table very first time
but after subsequent update the fields are not in order. Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks

Default pivot table question

Right-click on the field button, and choose Field Settings
Click the Advanced button
Under AutoSort options, select Ascending, click OK, click OK
