Default Restoring fields in a pivot table

I deselected all but one field in a pivot table to do some analysis. How do I
recover the original fields?

Thank-you,

Click any cell within your pivot table
<Data
<PivotTable and PivotChart Report
Click "Back"
Expand the data range to include the extra fields
