linking cells
Hello to everyone,
I have workbook that has several sub lists of items that is linked to a master list. In the cell next to each item is a quanity of that item we have on hand. We often add new items to the master list and the sub lists are automatically update with the new item. The problem is, that while the item list is updated and potentially moves up or down a row the quanity column does not move and thus messes up all the quanities. I've tried several different things with no success. Please help Thanks |

It's a little difficult to debug without more information as to what
triggers the update to the sub lists, and what the code is. My guess is that only a single cell is being added to the sub list for the new item column, rather than a whole new row. Can you post back with a bit more information?
