Default phrase to equal a number in time sheets(al=5hours)

i have done a rota for times work starts and finishes,and also a formula for
amount of hours worked in a week,but when i enter al(for annual leave) it
messes up my formula,is there ne way i can get AL to equal 5 hours worked

I think it would be better if you could upload a small example file to
www.rapidshare.de, because I understand quite nothing...
