Default Please help: identify where an automatic link to other spreadsheet is?

I have a spreadsheet with links to a couple of other sheets. However, how
can I find out which cells are linking to other sheets if I've forgotten? It
is a huge sheet, and when I open it and click "update" it complains about
one of the linked sheets being missing - I need to remove the link to that
sheet as it's no longer valid, but how on earth do i find out where in my
sheet it's looking for this other sheet?

surely there must be a simple way to find out?

go to menu Edit Links...
and remove the link you do not require.

no, that doesn't help - you get that prompt on startup anyway (not to
mention the option to break/remove links often crashes excel)

I want to know which cells are linking to the external sheets.
