Default Force a field to be completed

I am developing "forms" in Excel 2000. The employee will tab to each
field that needs to be completed. (via unprotecting the cells and
protecting the worksheet).

However what I can not figure out is how to "force" them to complete
the field and not be able to tab to the next field. I have tried a
number of things including "data validation" options, but have not had
any luck.

Anyone have any idea????
