Default How do I retrieve a deleted file of Excel

I cut a column in excel to paste to another area on the same worksheet but
lost that column. Thinking that I pasted that column I saved the changed
document by mistake. Can I "go back" to the earlier version of my worksheet
or find the deleted column? Thanks, Gwen

if you are on a network, you can get IT to resort for the
last back up.
if not and you don't have a backup i am afraid your column
is gone.
sorry.
