HOW WOULD I GO ABOUT TAKING PART OF A NUMBER STORES AS TEXT IN A CELL
TO AUTOPOPULATE A DIFFERENT CELL? THE CRITERIA IS AS FOLLOWS:

10089 TO CNP
10443 TO TXUED
10032 TO AEP CENTRAL
10202 TO AEP NORTH
10400 TO TNMP
