Hold down the ALT key and type 0178 on your numeric keypad. That gives you

And if you want it as a Custom format.......
In Custom dialog box enter 0"m2" To enter the 2 above as superscript, enter the m then ALT + 0178 Macro on a button or shortcut key combo.........
