Default Inserting new row but keeping formulae

Im making a spreadsheet to pass on to a secretary, and it has many different
formulaes in it, and i want her to be able to add people, how can i make it
so that when she adds a new row it will keep all the formulae? I have reduced
the cells with the formulae in them to a width of 0.00.

Thanks in advance,

Alex
