I need to find out about comma's backwords, upside down and how do I insert it?

Just hazarding a guess .. do you mean the double quotes (") / single quote
(') key, ie the key just to the left of ENTER key ?

I think this might relate to different characters.

From the Windows Start Button, select All Programs | Accessories |

System Tools | Character Map, then you can scroll through the
characters until you find the one you want - click on this to select.
