Note that for the formula to work, the interest rates must be shown as decimals, like .05, .06 etc. Or the cells must be formatted as Percentage and the entries are then 5, 6, etc. HTH Otto "duckie71" <u24916@uwe wrote in message news:64527ea89023c@uwe...
