Default delete used records from drop down list?

hi all!
i want the record(data entered in a cell) to be deleted once i use
it. It should not be present in the drop down list when i click in the other
drop down list containing the same records... For example if i select the
name "Jack" from the list for name1, it should be present in the drop down
list opposite to name2,the names apart from Jack should be there in that list.
Please suggest me a way.I would be very grateful to all those who
will provide me a solution and also to those who give it a try.
