Default conditional formatting?


This is what i've got so far
Condition1
Formula Is ="define when true$Y$8<$H$218"

what is wrong? i need my sheet to indicate a problem between the two
cells. I want to format the error as the text being red.

any help would be great

Try:

Formula Is "=$Y$8<$H$218" without double quotes
