Default VLOOKUP with OFFSET

I have data in the following manner. The main
item is in col A, the components in col B: col E.
I am very familiar with VLOOKUP, how can I (if
possible) use this function to return the components
in H2:J6 if for example BUS is entered in G1.
The number of components may vary, 5 or 6
but if this will be a problem, can be standardised

A B C D
1 CAR TAX 30 300
2 TYRES 5 200
3 BATT 1 70
4 LEATHER 1 500
5 ALARM 1 1000
6 BUS AIRCON 1 5000
7 TAX 30 1000
8 VIDEO 1 800
9 SEATS 20 4000

Thank you,
Robert
