Can I merge addresses from one excel worksheet to another?

Generally Word is used as the mailmerge app with Excel as the data source. However, it can be done using Excel alone. John Walkenbach has a workbook for downloading that contains examples. http://www.j-walk.com/ss/excel/tips/tip92.htm For help on Word mail merge using Excel or Access as the data source. http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/mailmerg.htm http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MailMe...AMailMerge.htm http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MailMe...DataSource.htm Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 25 Jul 2006 10:14:01 -0700, Jennifer wrote: I have a newsletter that is in columns in Excel and I'd like to mail merge addresses from another worksheet to the newsletter.
