Excel automatic mail (Gmail), with conditions (verify cell content)

I would need some help for a tool I would like to create Here is the situation: I'm working in a young company, producing movies in France. We got many artists coming back and forth. Some artists have short renewable fixed-term contract (2 weeks usually). As there are many artists, with various contract duration, I have to track down when contracts are almost finished. When a contract is almost over, I have to ask by mail the artists if he still wants to work with us and I have to ask my boss if he still wants to employ the artist. I was doing this manually. But it was becoming tiring, and I know there are tools to automate this. So, I wrote a macro I found on the net, allowing me to send a template mail by clicking button. Now I'm looking for a way to automate this. The macro would daily check cells : if status in cells says ''contract almost finished", it would send a personal mail to employee and boss. I saw that it's possible with Windows scheduled tasks. ROOT141 xin ch*o các bạn: Đã 1 tuần trôi qua, do công việc b*n quá nên mình chưa có viết b*i, hôm nay mình chia sẻ cho các bạn văn phòng, các bạn l*m aiti.... nói chung l* những người thường hay s* dụng đến gmail để lưu trữ thư, dữ liệu, trao đổi công việc,...! Nhưng rồi đến 1 ng*y đẹp trời, mở mắt ra .. có 1 thông báo gì đó, ngứa tay click v*o hoặc do bị hack , bị vô tình xóa thư, mất hết dữ liệu thư, tệp đ*nh kèm trong Gmail ... @@~ v*y phải l*m sao bây giờ , mình đã bị 1 lần nv .. rồi đi tìm cách lấy lại thư đã bị xóa vĩnh viễn trong gmal tìm mãi, tìm ho*i rồi cũng thấy khổ rồi giờ chia sẻ cho các bạn :D Thôi k lan man nữa, kể nv đủ rồi mình bắt đầu nhé .. B1: Đầu tiên các bạn đăng nh*p v*o Gmail, bằng cái t*i khoản gmail m* các bạn đã bị mất thư ấy B2: Các bạn truy c*p v*o link sau: Lấy lại thư đã xóa vĩnh viễn trong Gmail  Lick v*o link bên trên sẽ ra hình như thế n*yB3: điền mọi thông tin xong bạn bấm g*i v* chờ Google support họ trả lời .... ok Các bạn để ý cái phần hộp thư đến lúc chưa g*i support v* lúc g*i rồi nha .. nếu được hộp thư sẽ tự động được khôi phục v* tăng số lượng thư .. Còn nếu k được thì google support họ sẽ báo về 1 thư .. v* điều đó chứng tỏ bạn có l*m gì đi chăng nữa thì mình có thể dám chắc với bạn l* k bao giờ v* k cách n*o có thể lấy lại được thư...Đừng cố gắng vô *ch ph* time nữa .... Click v*o link bên trên v* chắp tay cầu nguyện nhé ...! |
