Default vlookup using date ranges

Im confused. I want to sort data by a dealer code and then allocate it to a secondary component of the spreadsheet against the month (hopefully this makes sense).

What is the best formula to make this happen?

This is basically what i want outlined below....

Dealer Date
1 02/03/2013
2 06/03/2013
2 14/02/2013
3 01/01/2013

Dealer JAN FEB MAR
1 02/03/2013
1 06/03/2013
2 14/02/2013
3 01/01/2013

The dates should be correspond to the month name above...
