I am looking for someone to either show me or to do and show me the following please.. :-)

i have a shift pattern that has say for instance 50 locations some are multy manned some are single sites each most are manned with preminant staff others need temp staff all week some of the sites have a rotation of 1-4 weeks with that it could have 1-5 days off in it staff might need to have time off as well so where the gaps are i would like to be able to select from a list of people that are allowed to work there only to show and at the bottom there is a matrix with the person to the left and when you fill in the gap in the location above it shows below.....?
