Default Protect documents properties?

Is there a way to protect the workbook Document Properties from being
altered?

I'm talking about the properties you see in Excel 2007 when you go to
the Ofice Button, then choose Prepare, then choose Properities. This
shows the Author, Title, Subject, etc.

Is there a way to protect those from being altered?
