Setting reminders in Excel
Hi Everyone!
Need help. I have to create a spreadsheet for a local charity that operates a number of vacuum pumps that require regular maintenance (the charity operates workshops for under priveledged and rehab offenders). Some need servicing weekly, monthly and bi annually... Is there are way to set up the spreadsheet that they have so that it produces a report or pop up or anything! to remind them which pumps need servicing, which are overdue etc. on a particular date (or week)/ Layout is (columns) Pumps Week commencing (2012 - 2013 dates) Each week commencing column currently has a 'Y' in when that particluar pump requires looking at. THanks Jamie |
