Default Select Picture from Data validation dropdown menu

I cannot get into the formula bar when I have the picture selected.
I was using this example

You cannot select a picture and then enter the formula bar using Excel 2007.
You need to insert an object, then with the object selected you can get into the formula bar.

You cannot select a picture and get into the formula bar with excel 2007.

A different step ius used for this.

You need to add a bit map object and place the formula in that instead.
