Default Excel reporting

I have a spreadsheet that tracks useage of the same printers every
month, and need you to build in some reporting tools.

Each tab contains the same printers and shows the print usage for that
month, ie: one tab is called june next is july, etc, etc.

I need someone to create 2 tabs in this file that will report on the
trends in usage from month to month (including months that will be
added over time).
One tab should display some type of graph to show the usage trend
whilst the other tab has to show the average of the last 3 months for
each printer. There are a total of 100 printers that are tracked each
month. at the end of each month i add another tab to the spreadsheet
and will need the reporting tabs to represent any changes in usage
trends.

Some printers report on mono usage as well as colour usage and the
other printers only report on mono usage.

Who can help me, I can send the excel file to you. Thanks!
