Default counting CF cells

Dear friends,

i've inserted modules from http://www.cpearson.com/excel/CFColors.htm,
however i failed to get any of the function working - even
=ColorOfCF(A1,FALSE). and i hope to gain support from you.

i am using excel 2007. cells were formatted on conditions using the
conditioning format button available at the top panel (under home
tab). will that be a problem?

there're more than a thousand rows and not all of them are formatted
under the same condition.

my goal is to count the cells of the same color, i guess i have to use
=CountOfCF(..)

look forward to your reply.

best regards,
maggie

What happens when you try to use the functions?
Do you see: #NAME?
or
Do you see an incorrect value?
