Default BKF files

Just got Sharp organizer to replace my Casio one. Any why the old
Casio had some software that I could use when backing it up to enable
me to export the backed up flies in various formats in order to use
Excel to look at / print the data.

With the Sharp it backs up the organizer it saves the file as a *.BFK
but doesn't offer any other features.

It the anyone who knows how I can get to use Excel with the BFK file.
I dont need to edit (but that would be nice) I only really need to be
able to print out the data.

many thanks

Johnnyboy
