Default Color change for Column Chart

Hi Everyone
I'm using a column chart, always 4 columns.
Is it possible to have each column change color automatically based on
criteria Below 7 = Green
Between 7 and 9.9 = Orange
10 and above = Red

TIA
John

From Jon Peltier's main page

search "conditional" without the quotes. The Simple conditional column chart
looks like what you're after.
