Copy some of selected columns to master sheet
Hi
I have a master sheet of all users say Chris, TOM, Peter etc . (identified in Column D of master sheet). Each of these also give me their individual reports. How can I update some of the selected columns of my master sheet from the updated of individual sheets. Formats (column, row etc.) of both master and individual sheet is same. I just need that whaterver daily updates in some of the columns I get from individual should get reflected in my master sheet. Your urgent help is highly appreciated. Regards Sanjay |

Couldn't you simply use a formula in your master sheet like this: =Peter!A1 this assuming the worksheet is called Peter and you want the value from A1. Other than that you need to be a little clearer. sanju;691558 Wrote: Hi I have a master sheet of all users say Chris, TOM, Peter etc . (identified in Column D of master sheet). Say, all these are correlated though entries in column1. If Peter(row10, column1)= master(row25, colum1) then copy peter (rowx,column10) to master(rowx, column10) |
