Default touch screen apps

I used to do control system design for USPS. Their applications use touch
screens to graphically represent their control systems. Each shape on the
screen would represent a electro-mechanical subsystem. When the user
touches the screen it generates a "CLICK" event for that subsystem.
Normally the fill colors are used to indicate the status of the equipment.
RED is used for uot-of-service. They use other programs than Excel/VBA.
However, there is no reason why Excel/VBA could not be used in the same
manner.
