Default WorkBook Custom Properties

Is it possible to check a workbook's properties without opening it?

If so, can a workbook's custom properties also be checked?

Any code doing this would be appreciated.

Hi,

VB doesn't directly support doing that but Chip Pearson has a method on his
site

When competing hypotheses are otherwise equal, adopt the hypothesis that
introduces the fewest assumptions while still sufficiently answering the
question.
