Default copy named range & paste values

This works great with columns, but now need to copy named range

ActiveCell.EntireColumn.Value = ActiveCell.EntireColumn.Value

(my attempt)

Sub select_range()
Range("zero_range").Select
Copy.Range
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues, Operation:=xlNone,
SkipBlanks:= _
False, Transpose:=False
End Sub
