Default Excel 2007

I would like to put a code in Excel that when Ctl Alt Del is pressed a popup
window appears asking the user to close and save the Spreadsheet before
logging off. I am a total newbie to programming, so keep it simple please.

that not possible. c-a-d belong to windows! excel never see this.
