Default Create a macro to re-create a format?

I have a spreadsheet with some basic formatting - column headings in
bold with a background colour and borders, column widths, Freeze
Panes, and AutoFilter applied. I want to make macros to re-create
these sheets from scratch, does anyone know of an add-on or a macro
that will help me do this? I don't mind going through manually
streamlining it afterwards, as I would if I were recording it.

Save the formated file as a template and then use the template everytime
you start.
