Populate userform spreadsheet

I have inserted a spreadsheet into my userform...
how do I populate it from an excel sheet?

I have an excel sheet with advance filters so after I run the filters I put
the result into a new sheet... I want this info to be loaded into my userform
spreadsheet?

What do I need to do?
