Default Slow Code

If formulas are copied, check for mega formulas or formulas with
broken links, or links to unopen workbooks. Formatting for entire
columns and rows is another resource hog.

Sometimes, a sheet gets corrupt. Simply copying the worksheets into a
new workbook may help.
