Default Excel Model

I want to build a model to optimize production scheduling in a manufacturing
plant. I have two production lines that can run several products with varying
production rates, and profit/hour. These two lines pull raw material from the
same two sources that are limited in capacity so the combined production
rates must be optimized to avoid running out of raw material. There are 3-6
different products/production line that run for periods of a few hours to a
few days before changing products and the change is instantaneous. How can I
build an interactive model to allow me to schedule these two production lines
to maximize profit and manage the inventory of raw material?
