Default Sending a macro-enabled spreadsheet

Someone wanted a copy of a spreadsheet of mine, so I sent it to him.
It uses VB functions I wrote, and he didn't get the calculations. I
figure he could get it to work with SELFCERT.EXE, but I'd like some
good directions that I could put in my spreadsheet to tell someone how
to check out my spreadsheet for safety and then enable it. (Or
assume I'm safe then enable it).
