For some time now, the "Notify me of replies" feature has not been working
for me. I check the box, but never get any notices, as I used to. Is there
something broken with this group, or maybe my IS dept has found a new way to
confound me.

At the moment the web service seems to be OK but I wouldn't be the least bit
surprised if notifications wasn't working because generally of late there
always seems to be something not working.

Also your replies could be getting treated as junk mail and blocked or
deleted by you email admistrator

The email replies are definitely not working and have not been working for
over a month. I have sent in a report about this and followed it up but to no
avail. Perhaps a few more complaints might stir them into action. The
following is the link to the complaints site.

https://support.microsoft.com/contac...b1208&ws=mscom

FYI if you are trying to find a previous post then click on the 'Edit my
profile' icon just to the left of the 'Sign Out' and 'Help'. Scroll to the
bottom of the page and click on 'Show all my notifications' and the newest
ones are at the bottom.

OssieMac,

Perhaps it's defeatist but I won't bother, I've logged dozens of complaints
using that link and a couple of days later comes back the standard reply "We
can find nothing wrong"

The following is the last reply that I got. All the other replies are similar.

OMG,

I always imagined I got an automated and meaningless reply, it seems the one
you got was written by a human. I wish you success.
