Default Run Time Error 13: Type Mismatch

It is very difficult to follow code like htis because you can''t tell
which workbook or worksheet that you are working on. I made some
changes below so it is easier to follow the code. I may of fixed the
problem.

Autofilter fails if it doesn't fiond the string you are looking for. I
would make a change like this

from
Replace(Replace(Replace(cell.Value, "~", "~~"), "*", "~*"), "?",
"~?")

to
MyCriteria = Replace(Replace( _
Replace(cell.Value, "~", "~~"), "*", "~*"), "?", "~?")
set c = My_Range.offset(,FieldNum -
1).entirecolumn.find(What:=MyCriteria, &
lookin:=xlvalues,lookat:=xlwhole)
if not c is nothing then
My_Range.AutoFilter Field:=FieldNum, Criteria1:="=" & MyCriteria
end if

Sub SeparateAdmin()
'Note: This macro use the function LastRow
Dim My_Range As Range
Dim FieldNum As Long
Dim CalcMode As Long
