What do I do wrong
If it doesn't work, don't do it. A bit more detail might be helpful. What do I do wrong
I would get your formulka working correctly on the worksheet. then Get the VBA code working. If the formula doesn't worh\k the use the formula audiing menu item to debug the formula from worksheet menu Tools - formula Auditing - Evaluate formula. Not : Make sure your formula copies properly on the workhseet.
