Default Text in the first page footer

How can I add text to the first page footer of an excel sheet? The following
applies:

The footer area must be 0.5 inches away from the page's left edge and from
the page's right edge.
The footer text has multiple lines. I do not wish the "square" symbol to be
visible -this symbol appears sometimes at the beginning of a new line.
The text should be evenly distributed along the left and the right side. If
this is not possible it should be aligned along the left side.

How can I add different footer text to the remaining pages of the excel
sheet?

Thanks
