Default Controls for Excel 2007

Excell 2007
I need a control to put on an Excel Worksheet where I can draw custom
figures with the Windows API such as LineTO() , depending on the input and
results from the worksheet.
The control with its contents should be present when printing the worksheet
Dos this control exist somewhere?
Can it be defined, if so how?
Is it much work to do that?
Is it something an inexpedient programmer can learn?
I would be great foul for a link where it is explained how ActiveX controls
are implemented
Thanks
Hansp
