Compile error for formula

I am writing the following code for a formula and I keep getting the message
that there is a compile error. Expected: list separator or ). It then
selects the colon ":"

Range("J"" & MyRow + 29).FormulaR1C1 = " =COUNTIF(R2C9:R" & MyRow &
"C9,RC[-7])"

Does anybody have any ideas?
