How does one link or reference pictures so that if you change it in Sheet 1
it will change it to the same picture on Sheet 6 as well? I guess some kind
of formula like "= Sheet1!Picture1". Your helpwill be greatly apprciated.

You can't link pictures. One thing you can do is make pictures invisible.
Have all the pcitures you want to display onto of each other with only one
picture visible (all others invisible) and then bring the picture to the
front of the other pictures.

I'm not sure this will solve your problem, just an idea.
