Default Autoshapes loose formating when formula is removed

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem.

The Autoshapes from the workbook, Excel97-2003 or Excel 2007, loose the
formatting when their formula is removed. This happens when I remove the
formula either manually or throgh a macro.

Has anybody ever faced this issue? Does anybody know why this happening? Can
anybody tell me how to stop this happening?

Thanks in advance.

-Thx
Anand
