Hi

i want to program office documents from inside my vb.net software such as
setting its auother or enabling tracking and preventing the user from
disabling it, changing met data such as adding an additional filed call
record id is that possible ?

like i show the use a file selecting dialong and once he select a file to
save in a filestream table i set the aouthor of the document to the same user
name he loged in so i can track his changes and also disable his ability to
stop tracking changes
something like that is it possible ? where can i get more information about
it ?
