Default Open another workbook if condition met

I have one worksheet that is used to track daily activities.
In one column, the user must select Yes or No if a criteria
for their entry in the previous column is met. If they select
"Yes", I would like to automatically open another workbook
where they will need to add some more information.

Can anyone help me accomplish this? I have multiple cells
on multiple sheets that I need to take into account, so I
don't know if this is possible.

Opal,

Do you always open the same workbook, or does it depend on other values in the same row/column or
elsewhere on the sheet?

This is the basis of it:

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)

If Not IsEmpty(Intersect(Target, Columns("A:A"))) Then

If Target.Value = "Y" Then Workbooks.Open ("C:\test.xls")

End If

End Sub
