Default Minimum width of UserForm

The minimum width of a UserForm seems to be 102 points.

Is there a way to create a narrower form?

Default Minimum width of UserForm

I got it to go to 96.7 by manually sizing it with the mouse. But that was
it. You can scrunch it up pretty close vertically.
